Aeliana H. Lomax is a true activator with hometown roots in Columbia, MD. As the Founder and CEO of LOMAX Talent Acquisition Co., Lomax developed a professional development platform that pairs the working professional eager to find their career purpose with the strategic employer ready to breathe life into their organization by hiring the most qualified talent.
Lomax is an International Business major and Spanish minor attending Loyola University Maryland. Throughout her career at University as well as professional work, she has developed keen insight into the world of professional development on a global scale. In 2018, she was selected as a Forbes Under 30 Scholar and attended the Forbes Under 30 Summit, an event attended by young leaders and entrepreneurs from around the world, in Boston.
Beyond academia, Aeliana serves as the Vice President for Social Affairs for the Student Government Association 2018-2019 term. She is also involved on campus as a writer for The Greyhound and as a member of the International Business Club.
As a young professional, Lomax recognized the difficulty to find personalized career advice, from the initial stage of career discovery to solidification of the dream job. On the contrary, Lomax believes in a client-based, client-focused framework that values the recruiter pain points and develops strong strategies to better align the talent acquisition search with their specific job openings.
Lomax believes in the power of the visionary. She finds it vital to not only develop a tailored strategy for recruitment but also to nurture the necessary preparation.
